Yunnan Baiyao (云南白药) is also known as Yunnan Paiyao. It supports circulation in the body, relieves minor aches and pains and is useful for overall internal and external health. Apply topically as a hemostatic agent to stop bleeding of minor wounds.

Directions:
Adults: Take 2 level scoops (using the complimentary measuring spoon), two times a day.
Children 6-12 years of age: give 1/2 the amount to be taken by adults.

Externally:
Apply powder directly to bleeding wound (clean first, and bandage afterwards.)

Contents:
6 bottles each containing 4g powder; 6 complementary spoons

Warnings:
Do not take while pregnant or nursing.
Do not give to children under six years of age.
Do not use during menstruation. Use with caution if you have a blood deficiency or allergic to any of the ingredients.
Note: Broad beans, fish, sour or cold foods should not be taken within one day after administration.
