Anshen Buxin Wan (Calm the Spirit Tonify the Heart Formula) was developed to support healthy sleep. It does so by supporting the health of the shen, circulatory system and inner ear. It is helpful for disturbed shen causing difficult sleep.*

Subdues yang, invigorates blood, settles and calms shen, supports the kidney.

Use for disturbed shen due to a weakened heart-kidney relationship causing rising yang.
