Jia Wei Xiao Yao Wan (Relaxx Plus Extract, Relax'n Free Plus Extract, Added Ingredients Free and Relaxed Pills) is a well known Chinese herbal formula commonly used and useful for liver chi stagnation.* This formula is stronger at clearing liver heat than Xiao Yao Wan.
TCM Function: Soothes the liver chi, dispels liver stasis, clears heat, harmonizes liver and spleen chi, moves qi, invigorates blood, tonifies spleen qi, tonifies blood.
TCM Indications: Use for stagnation of liver qi with blood deficiency. Other applications include liver spleen disharmony.

Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take 8 pills 3 times a day with lukewarm water. Recommended Dosage particularly for premenstrual tension: 8 pills, 3 times per
day - beginning with ovulation and ending once period begins. May be
taken on a monthly basis.

Warnings: Abstain from being angry or overworked and avoid raw, cold or oily food. Not to be used during pregnancy or while nursing. Not for long term use or in excess of recommended amounts except under supervision of a qualified health practitioner. Not
recommended in cases of diabetes, hypertension, severe kidney
insufficiency, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, frequent
copious urination, excessive menstrual bleeding, or hypokalemia; and may
potentiate potassium depletion of thiazide diuretics and stimulant
laxatives, as well as the action of cardiac glycosides, and cortisol. Use with caution in cases of abdominal distention.
