CCCE stands for 'Cessante Causa, Cessat Effectus' which is Latin for 'by removing the cause you remove the effect'. It's referring to the immunological effect: if your immunity is optimal you have less chance to get sick.

This particular combination of mushroom bioactives (several types of beta-glucan, both different structures and soluble/insoluble), the powerful cordycepin compound and including the three main NGF-inducing mushrooms (Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, and Tiger Milk) means increasing the synergy potential to the max!

One serving is 3 capsules.

Recommended intake:

As a daily dietary supplement: 1 serving (3 capsules) daily on an empty stomach.

The product should be taken with water or another liquid (not in smoothies!) on an empty stomach, at least 30 min. before meals. In case you do not want to consume the capsules - they are easy to open (just pull them apart) and you can dissolve the extract powder that's inside in warm / hot water. We recommend to take the extract together with some vitamin C this improves the absorption and therefore the therapeutic potential. Store at room temperature, dark and dry.

General Cautions:
Do not use when on immune suppressing medication, e.g. after an organ transplant. This extract's immune balancing properties can act against the medication, so do not use this extract if you are using this type of medicine.
Do NOT mix with lactose-containing products such as milk lactose will bind to the polyphenols, rendering them useless.
For people who are highly susceptible to swings in blood sugar levels (usually the same people that have problems with alcohol and caffeine): mushroom extracts can have an effect on blood sugar levels.
People using insulin (such as diabetics) might have to adjust their medication. There are reports stating that taking mushroom extracts can cause of feeling of fatigue or dizziness in these cases because blood sugar levels are too low. Taking the product together with some sugar-containing beverage (such as freshly squeezed juice also contains vitamin C (!)) might help. Since the effect on pregnant and breastfeeding women has never been researched, we recommend against using mushroom extracts in these situations.
