Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 pill, 1-2 times per day for 1 or 2 days. Each pill is a dark herb ball surrounded by a waxy coating. Break open the coating and discard, then chew and swallow the inner herb ball. This pill should be followed with warm water and, optionally, chased
by a warming liquor like whiskey or brandy. Note: Do not eat the outer waxy coating!
