TCM Function:
Tonifies Qi, strengthens Wei Qi, stabilizes the exterior, nourishes the Heart, calms the Shen.

TCM Indications:
Use for deficiency of lung, spleen and Wei Qi. Also for Heart and Lung Qi deficiency. It is useful as a qi tonic and preventative in the aging population, especially for those recovering from illness or easily susceptible to illness, have difficulty sleeping, restlessness, low and soft voice.

This formula is designed to be taken in between recurrent Wind invasions to strengthen the Wei Qi.
Useful in combination with Pe Min Kan Wan for chronic or acute seasonal nasal and sinus issues. Useful in combination with Er Chen Wan for support of the recovery phase of resolved, mild upper respiratory infection.

Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take 8 pills, 3 x per da. For children 2-5 years old 1/3 adult dose, 5-10 years old half adult dose, 11 years old and up 2/3 adult dose. Take half an hour before or one hour after eating for optimal digestion and absorption.
May be used long term for several weeks to several months.
